As the sole owner and operator, I bring over 7 years of yoga practice and 4.5 years as a licensed massage therapist to every session, ensuring a standard of excellence that reflects my deep passion for wellness. My mission is to positively impact the lives of my through holistic wellness practices, with plans to expand into invigorating online yoga classes and a physical location in the near future.
